DaVita Projects
During my seven-year tenure at DaVita, I led UX initiatives for PATH, a pivotal project that defined my career. Specializing in native iOS and Material design, I orchestrated seamless online-offline experiences for hospital settings, ensuring optimal functionality for healthcare professionals. Additionally, I contributed to initiatives like Chairside and the Physician Portal within the DaVita Care Connect Application, bridging technical requirements with user-centric design principles. My role extended beyond design implementation; I prioritized practicality and user satisfaction, delivering exceptional experiences that revolutionized healthcare technology and improved patient outcomes.
My contributions extended beyond project work. I was crucial in rebranding products like PATH and CART, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual representation at conferences and meetings. I also conceptualized and built an incentives dashboard, a tool designed to enhance patient care in dialysis and reward participating practices for their progress.
In addition to these achievements, I actively engaged in the company's broader community. I shared insights on mental health care during 2020, spoke at a large conference about deceptive design patterns, and regularly hosted our monthly IT calls. A gratifying aspect of my role was illustrating every design teammate, ensuring inclusivity and representation on our team boards and website.
In 2020, I spearheaded the transition of our design team's tools from Sketch to Figma. Moving applications involved transferring our entire component library to Figma, a process through which I honed my expertise in this new tool. My time at DaVita has been a blend of innovation, team collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of improving patient care through thoughtful design and technology.
Thank you for taking the time to view my work. All good things.
