A User Experience Designer based in the Denver/Boulder area, I integrate a human-centered design process into my work, crafting interfaces that function flawlessly and provide a tailored user experience, contributing significantly to business growth. With a rich background working for prominent brand names such as DaVita, Merrill Edge, Merrill Lynch, TrueBlue, and the U.S. Government, I bring experience and expertise to every project.
Passionate about achieving success in the field, I have consistently delivered designs that surpass user expectations. My proficiency extends to iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Agile methodologies (SAFe and Traditional), Material Design, and Information Architecture. Notably, in 2020, I earned an honorary RN award for my dedicated work in ensuring that I serve as the voice of nurses when bridging the gap between business and design. Beyond my professional success, I have given talks on deceptive patterns, contributed to a book on environmental design, and even starred in a home-buying commercial.
Outside of work, my interests extend to spending quality time with my incredible daughter, exploring shared hobbies such as tapping into violin and music sheets, sketching/drawing, advocating for mental health with the VA and communities of color, and enjoying the serenity of nature during my running/training sessions.
